1987
In 1987, Hangzhou Banshan Bearing Accessories Factory was established to provide parts for bearing industry.
In 1992, Hangzhou Banshan Shaft Accessories Factory was renamed Hangzhou Gongshu Bearing Factory and began to design, manufacture and sell finished bearings.

1999
In 1999, Hangzhou Gongshu Bearing Factory was renamed Zhejiang Rolling Bearing Factory, and in the same year, it was renamed Zhejiang Rolling Bearing Co., LTD., with its own brand "TMB". The company was renamed Zhejiang Tianma Holding Group Co., LTD in 2002, Tianma Holding Group Co., LTD in 2004 and Horgos Tianma Venture Capital Group Co., LTD in 2016.
In November 2002, it established its subsidiary Tianma Bearing Group Co., LTD. The former Chengdu Railway bearing Factory was acquired and established as Chengdu Tianma Railway Bearing Co., LTD

In January 2007, it acquired the former Guizhou Hongshan Bearing General Factory and established Guizhou Tianma Hongshan Bearing Co., LTD. In March 2007, Beijing Times New Generation Bearing Co., LTD., which mainly produces bearings for large rolling mills, was restructured and renamed as Beijing Tianma Bearing Co., LTD. Tianma Bearing Group Co., Ltd. went public in March, and Qizhong Numerical Control Equipment Co., Ltd. was reorganized in December.
In 2013, Deqing Tianma Bearing Co., Ltd. and Deqing Tianma Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. were absorbed and merged into Zhejiang Tianma Bearing Co., LTD., which was upgraded to Zhejiang Tianma Bearing Group Co., LTD in 2016.
